electronic
form
as
well
as
all
new
editions
or
supplements
in
paper
or
electronic
form,
which
DA
licenses
to
the
Licensee
for
the
term
of
this
Agreement

correctively
referred
to
as

Adler
software
package
")
according
to
the
following
