133/82)
amended
the
judgment
of
the
Kammergericht
so
that
the
case
was
referred
back
to
the
Landgericht
only
with
regard
to
the
quantum
of
the
claims
for
damages
for
loss
of
holiday
enjoyment
and
wasted
travel
costs.
Im
Anschluß
an
dieses
Urteil
hat
der
Bundesgerichtshof
(Urteil
vom
19.
Juni
1985
—
VIII
ZR
133/82)
das
Urteil
des
Kammergerichts
dahin
abgeändert,
daß
die
Zurückverweisung
an
das
Landgericht
nunmehr
nur
noch
im
Umfang
der
Ansprüche
auf
Zahlung
von
Schadensersatz
für
entgangene
Urlaubsfreude
und
für
unnütz
aufgewendete
Fahrtkosten
erfolgte.
