Translation of "Sommaire" in German

An ICS circular, published in the Official French Customs Bulletin (BOD No. 7502 dated 4th February 2015), has introduced a new obligation: when France is not the point of entry into the EU customs territory, operators must lodge electronically and in advance a summary declaration for Temporary Storage, abbreviated as “DSDT anticipé” (in French: Déclaration Sommaire de Dépôt Temporaire). This new advance declaration is for goods unloaded in France. Maritime transport is principally targeted. Repealing the 2010 ICS circular, the BOD No. 7502 comes into force on 15th February 2015. With a view to reinforcing import controls through the Import Control System, the French Customs Administration has implemented a new obligatory declaration, the Advance DSDT: advance Summary Declaration for Temporary Storage (or Déclaration Sommaire de Dépôt Temporaire anticipée in French).
