What view does the Commission take of the absurd statement made by the Directorate-General for Information and Public Relations in its report to the Advisory Committee on Procurements and Contracts on the production of television programmes for Latin America (Tender 30/90), to the effect that people of Latin American origin speak a language which differs considerably from Castillan (d'ailleurs assez différente du castillan) and that the latter does not meet with a favourable reception in Latin American countries (qui est mal perçue dans ces pays) ?
